Erica Nelson, Founder & CEO
Born and raised in New York City, Erica Nelson is a seasoned executive leader and business strategist with over 20 years of expertise in building elite retail environments, high-performing teams, and premium brand experiences.
Through her work, she noticed something that couldn't be ignored. This level of curated sophistication and thought was being reserved for mega-brands, while the community entrepreneurs who needed it most were left behind.
That realization became Ervàn Consulting. A proud Pace University alumna, Erica brings institutional director-level expertise to the foundational level of entrepreneurship where it truly belongs. Erica believes wholeheartedly that the right strategy changes everything, and that every business deserves access to it.

Growing up, Erica's parents gave her something no classroom could: a firsthand understanding of what a truly curated experience feels like. Those early lessons sparked a lifelong passion for exceptional service, deep care, and genuine human connection that would eventually become the foundation of everything Ervàn stands for.
